Silent hill / Saw inspired artwork featuring a bloody and horrifying looking operating room. I have always been interested in showing imperfections and damage to surfaces and this is one of the scenes born from that interest.

The tile, floor, bloody cloth etc. were custom made using Quixel Mixer, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe after effects.
